LYM Productions are a touring production company formed by Bryan & Carolyn Craven, both of whom are award winning Directors and actors. By the way, before you ask – it stands for “Love You Madly”. As a Yorkshire based amateur theatre company run by people over retirement age but young at heart, our aim is to make theatre accessible to all.
Bryan has been involved in all aspects of amateur theatre for almost 40 years.
His directing credits include 'Allo 'Allo, Dads Army, Fawlty Towers, The Graduate, Calendar Girls and the full range of pantomimes from Jack and the Beanstalk to Puss in Boots. He has also directed three musicals - Gypsy, the mulit-award winning, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and The Addams Family.
Bryan has had many leading roles in plays, pantomimes and musicals with a number of community theatre groups in the region. He has received acting and directing awards from both Leeds Community Arts Network and the Wharfedale Festival of Theatre.
